TiBeRIUM's innovative processes dramatically reduce the environmental footprint of Ti and Be extraction and production compared to conventional industrial methods.
Carbon Emissions
By replacing carbon with hydrogen as a reductant and using inert anodes in electrolysis, TiBeRIUM achieves over 90% lower carbon footprint across the Ti production flowsheet. For Be production, a 30% CO₂ reduction is targeted through optimized processing.
Energy Efficiency
The aluminothermic reduction process eliminates intermediate steps, achieving up to 60% energy savings. Overall, a 25% reduction in energy consumption is targeted across both Ti and Be value chains through process optimization.
Zero-Waste Production
